• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service or its outputs as a competing product
• Upload malicious code, malware, or attempt to compromise the Service's security
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

3. Prohibited Content

You may not generate, upload, or distribute SOPs or other content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against individuals or groups
• Includes sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic material
• Promotes illegal drug manufacturing, processing, or distribution
• Contains false or misleading food safety claims that could endanger public health
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal information of individuals without their consent
• Promotes child labor, forced labor, or other human rights violations in food production
• Is designed to circumvent food safety regulations or deceive regulatory authorities

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SOPs generated by the Service are created by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated SOPs are drafts and require human review before use in production
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and regulatory compliance of all generated content
• The Service is not a substitute for professional food safety consultation or legal advice
• SauceSOP does not guarantee that AI-generated SOPs will satisfy all applicable regulatory requirements

5. User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
• Review all AI-generated SOPs for accuracy before use in production
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any violations of this AUP to [email protected]
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose: generating food safety SOPs for legitimate sauce manufacturing operations

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage of the Service for compliance with this AUP
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice

• Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion
